Review of Megadeth Endgame Tour in Peoria, IL

If anyone thinks Megadeth’s recent tour titled “The Endgame Tour” has anything to do with the band’s final tour or possibly hangin it up, think again! Sunday, November 15, 2009 at the Peoria Civic Center, Dave Mustaine and the boys didn’t look like they have any plans of slowing down anytime soon. Dust it off ! When you think of heavy metal what comes to mind? Usually people associate heavy metal with some type of satanic origin. Until 1983 when a group from California decided to change that mindset. Originally called Roxx Regime, this band was formed to put their Christian beliefs into their music. Hence the name Stryper, Salvation Through Redemption Yielding Peace Encouragement and Righteousness. Sick of Standing in Long Lines?

Here’s a little math problem for you. Thirty thousand people, approximately 20 beer stands with two workers pouring one beer at a time=pissed off people in looooooong lines!! Why on earth would you not have several beers already poured or more people working so you won’t have to miss 2 or 3 songs of the next group performing on stage? Get a clue people, we didn’t come and pay all that money to stand in line all night!
