2008 Rothbury Festival – Lineup
This is a new festival that is being held at the Double JJ Ranch in Rothbury, MI July 3 – July 6, 2008. This festival reminds me a lot of Bonnaroo in the fact that it is “green”, has a community atmosphere and has such a diverse line up of artists and activities. The Double JJ Ranch is quite a place with it’s own lakes, beach fronts, trails, forests, fields, onsite lodging, bars and restaurants. Some of these features such as The Silver Dollar Saloon, Wagon Wheel Dance Hall and the beach fronts are available to all participants of Rothbury. Some of the features are for participants who purchased the “Good Life packages“. These packages include onsite lodging in log homes, log cabins, bunkhouses or the VIP RV park. These packages also include access to swimming pools, hot tubs, a cowboy town with a general store, bars and restaurants. The climate in western Michigan should make for a pleasant festival too.

You can get your questions answered here There are a lot of camping options, and there are still tickets available.
We can’t make it to this one either but I am very curious. I think the ranch sounds like a great venue and there are so many activities to be involved in. If you make it to Rothbury, please let us know all about your experience.
