2008 OzzFest Announced? Lineup & Ticket Info
Have you been waiting for 2008 dates for OzzFest? I think they have been announced, but I can’t believe it. The fest is only playing one date, at one venue? Can that be correct? According to Ozzfest.com the only date is August 9, 2008 at Pizza Hut Park in Frisco, TX. The lineup is awesome. I really wish we could go. We’ve been to Ozzfest every year for a long time now. I can’t believe we’re going to miss it this year, especially since Metallica is playing. I’ve never seen them and want to so badly. Tickets are on sale. Get them here.

Ozzfest has been a traveling show since it’s inception in 1996. Last year the event was even free. According to Billboard.com, Sharon Osbourne who is producing Ozzfest with AEG Live, stated “We’re going to be a stadium destination festival for now — we have gone past doing the sheds every summer.”
