Megadeth on Priest Feast and new album coming…

For all you Megadeth fans out there, all I have to say is the boys are working harder than ever. Megadeth has finished their new recording studio, it was converted from an old warehouse, in San Siego, CA. It was aptly named “Vic’s Garage” in honor of their mascot Vic Rattlehead.

Dave has brought in British producer Andy Sneap again. He helped them produce their last successful album “United Abominations”. Recording sessions have begun on the new album already. Dave stated he was listening to Chris Broderick record some guitar rifts in the studio and said, “He is one wicked f*@&er on the guitar. I think there are going to be some babies that will finally get to stop peeing their pants about the shred factor since Marty Friedman left”.

As if this wasn’t enough, Megadeth is hitting the killing road again in February 2009 overseas in support of Priest Feast. This blockbuster show consists of the bands Testament, Megadeth and headliner Judas Priest. Currently all shows are scheduled overseas. No information is known yet whether or not the tour will extend into the United States or if there will be a Gigantour in 2009. The only thing we can do is hope the boys play in the states soon. We will keep you posted.
